In July deputies of the regional parliament passed the law «About the Reserve Fund of the Khabarovsk Territory» at the regular meeting of the Legislative Duma of Khabarovsk Territory, the press service reported.
The Reserve Fund was created for the sustainable implementation of the territory budget. The deployment of the funds plans only in the event of regional budget income shortage connecting to discharge of financial obligations of the Khabarovsk Territory. The draft law of the Reserve Fund also establishes the procedure of Fund formation and usage.
The Reserve Fund bulk is approved by the regional law of the regional budget for the next fiscal year in the amount of one-day income tax and non-tax revenues of the regional budget, projected to enroll in the next financial year. The decision of the Reserve Fund usage takes by the Government of the Khabarovsk Territory and implements by the special permission.
It is assumed that the creation of the Reserve Fund will help to ensure the uniform implementation of planned expenditures of the regional budget. Funds allocated from the Reserve Fund to cover temporary cash shortages are subject to compulsory rehabilitation before the end of the current fiscal year
