On first reading deputies of regional parliament adopted regional draft law «On amendments to Khabarovsk territory law «On regional budget for 2012» as reported by Press Service of regional Legislative Duma to RIAP «Khabarovsk online».
Revising of the draft law is due to adjusted forecast of tax and non-tax revenues for 2012 given actual performance and dynamics of tax and revenues receipt as well as adjusted list of capital construction and road management objects and financing level.
In general regional budget revenues are to increase by RUB 8,3 bln, thus, adjusted revenue plan for 2012 amounts to RUB 68,5 bln. The growth of tax and non-tax revenues of regional budget is RUB 1,5 bln totalled RUB 48,3 bln. Inter-budgetary federal transfers are to increase by RUB 6,4 bln and adjusted plan amounts to RUB 18,03 bln.
Adjusted regional budget expenditures are equal RUB 78,2 bln. Regional budget deficit is subject to decrease by RUB 1,2 bln to RUB 9,7 bln.
