One of the law articles covers issue of physical culture within education system. The law regulates assistance to the development of mass, children and junior, student, high achievements and professional sports as reported by Press Service of Legislative Duma to RIAP «Khabarovsk online».
The law also defines social support measures for the individuals with outstanding achievements and special services for the Russian Federation in psysical culture and sports field. Main objectives and directions of psysical culture and sports development within Khabarovsk area as well as relevant authorities of regional state bodies are stipulated by the law.
In addition it determines legal grounds for participation in training sports reserves for Russia national teams and organizing competitions of various levels within Khabarovsk area and as well assistance to regional sports organisations including authorized Sports Federations.
